My company was incorporated today!

Last Friday, I filled out paperwork to incorporate my startup, Soupp, as an LLC in the state of Ohio. Words could not describe just how excited I was when I received the email today (my 29th birthday!) that my application was approved! A great birthday surprise, for sure.
This is my first company ever and I feel both nervous and excited. I know the road ahead is going to be bumpy and I’m certain that I’m going to make a lot of mistakes. (I may document some of them here so that those of you reading this won’t make those same mistakes.) But it feels good to complete this crucial first step into becoming an Internet entrepreneur.
